Refund policy

we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged during delivery.

Eligibility for Refund/Return

To apply for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide a continuous unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) as proof of damage.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return/Refund

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

• Any request made after 2 days of delivery.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

How to Return an Order

1. Share the unboxing video at info@purelyjid.in for approval.

2. After approval, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email.

3. You will need to ship the product back to us.

4. Return shipping charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed.
